To cook food products, the Middleby Marshall PS520G-2 gas-powered conveyor oven uses natural gas. It produces 80,000 BTU?plenty of heat to cook most common food products. Providing additional production to help establishments keep up with customer traffic, this double-decked unit is suitable for medium-volume operations. Mounted on 4-inch legs, this unit should be installed on a countertop.

The Middleby Marshall PS520G-2 conveyor oven has microprocessor controls so users can adjust its settings. Speeding up or slowing down the conveyor adjusts the bake time, and its direction can also be reversed when needed. After product has been cooked, it lands on a 12-inch exit tray.
