FlexTemp? dynamic temperature management adjusts temperatures by plus or minus 25 degrees Fahrenheit between cooking cycles to ensure precise control over diverse recipes.
The Ovention SHUTTLE S1600 conveyor oven includes built-in self-diagnostics, enabling operators to monitor oven components and performance. Constructed of a cool-to-touch 430 stainless steel exterior and a durable 304 stainless steel interior, this oven is made for operator safety and long-term use. Dual 5-inch touchscreen displays allow users to access and manage more than 1,000 recipes, with USB menu upload capabilities for seamless updates. Independently controlled top and bottom Precision Impingement? air with variable-speed recirculation ensures even heat distribution, while the stackable design accommodates up to three ovens with stacking kits (sold separately).
