Made of a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the Perlick BBS108-SG-L-STK bar refrigerator can withstand heavy use and has a sleek, polished finish that is easy to clean. The silver color can fit in with other hardware for a cohesive design that appeals to guests, and this unit's four glass doors allow employees to view the cabinet's content without opening it. The doors are constructed with integrated locks for increased security, and they can be field reversed depending on the layout of the establishment. For the convenience of the user, this cooler has internal 6000K LED lighting, which can be either white or cool blue.

With a 108-inch width and 24 ³/₄ inch depth, the Perlick BBS108-SG-L-STK back bar cooler can accommodate 791 cases of 12-ounce bottles or 1,183 cases of 12-ounce cans. To streamline installation, this cooler is built with a self-contained refrigeration system mounted on the left side. This unit is cooled with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a temperature holding range of 34 to 42 degrees Fahrenheit. An automatic defrost and evaporator condensate extends this product's lifespan by reducing ice buildup in the cabinet, which is insulated with 2-inch, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help conserve energy and maintain consistent temperatures.
