To streamline cocktail-mixing applications, the Perlick PTE68-B Tobin Ellis cocktail station includes preconfigured items built into its unit. Its largest component is its ice chest, which is 30 inches long by 17 inches wide. Designed to house ice, it comes with a 10-circuit cold plate on the bottom of the unit to maintain cool temperatures and is covered with three pieces for sanitation. The ice can be divided as needed with included dividers. Furthermore, the station includes a prep sink, which has a glass rinser and tool caddy for organizing frequently used items. The sink's swing spout has a goose neck to support different applications, and it's mounted to the wall for a sturdy support. An 18-inch-wide by 271/2-inch deep recessed cubby provides additional storage space on the unit's surface.
To keep alcohol cold, the Perlick PTE68-B cocktail station features an insulated bottle well with a soda gun, measuring 12 inches wide by 17 inches deep. For quick access to commonly requested drinks, the slanted speed rack measures 8 inches wide by 271/2 inches deep, while a 30-inch bottle tray hold as many as nine bottles.
