It's constructed of stainless steel, and its attachment head is made of aluminum for a durable, simple-to-clean design. It comes with a vegetable preparation head, allowing for onions, peppers, and potatoes to be loaded into it. Utilizing its ergonomic handle, the produce is then pushed into the bladed elements to process 1,300 pounds of product per hour. Once processed, vegetables exit the unit through its side mounted port. When the unit needs to be cleaned, users can separate the hopper from the body for accessibility.

Designed with multiplicity of use in mind, the Sammic CA-4V vegetable processor utilizes a disk system that allows for its cutting element to be quickly swapped out to handle a variety of slices ranging from dials to fine dicing.
