Meant for high volume use in active kitchens, the Sammic CA-61 single speed food processor is prepared to output 2,200 pounds of sliced onions, carrots, and potatoes. It reaches this capacity with the 1¹/₂-horsepower engine, which allows its blades to spin at a steady 365 rotations per minute. Its motor spins asynchronously to greatly reduce the risk of the machine clogging. Operators can activate the unit using its front-facing control panel, while its hopper has a semi-automatic design to make processing easier; its high injector head allows for more product to be loaded in to be sliced, diced, and chopped.

Made of stainless steel, the body of the Sammic CA-61 continuous feed food processor can withstand minor damage caused by scratches and scuffs and is easy to clean after use. To further this cleaning-focused design, its hopper and lid can be removed to be wiped down safely—the unit will not turn on unless they are returned to their initial position.
