It comes equipped with five variable speeds, allowing the unit to process up to 1,300 pounds of product in an hour. Additionally, to fight against food jams, it comes with a force control system, which is accessible through its digital control module, that adjusts the speed during operation accordingly to keep its serrated s-blade slicing through products with ease. For added support during operation, it comes with an optional central drill head, which, when attached, shreds products as they are pushed towards the middle receptacle. To ensure the unit is simple to use for most parties, its display comes equipped with six different languages.
