The Delfield 8145-EFP LiquiTec® drop-in cold food unit's top, inner liner, and louver are made of stainless steel to provide long-lasting strength in commercial settings. This heavy-duty metal grants rust resistance and streamlines cleaning. Its 1/2-inch drains also are constructed of stainless steel, and it features galvanized steel exterior housing to fortify the unit further. Overall, it measures 458/25 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 246/25 inches high.
To enable precise temperature adjustments, the Delfield 8145-EFP drop-in refrigerator features electronic controls. Its bottom and sides are insulated with high-density polyurethane to improve efficiency by minimizing temperature loss.
