Constructed of galvanized and stainless steel, the Delfield 8191-EFNP LiquiTec® drop-in refrigerator is durable and quick to clean. It accommodates four pans with a depth of 4 or 6 inches, and it's insulated with high-density polyurethane to minimize temperature increases. Using precise electronic controls, operators can adjust this unit's temperature from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For installation, it requires a 90-inch by 171/4-inch counter cutout.
To produce cold temperatures, the Delfield 8191-EFNP drop-in cold food unit uses a LiquiTec eutectic fluid refrigeration system; because it's self-contained, it's simple to install. It operates using R290 refrigerant, and it's equipped with 1/2-inch stainless steel drains. Overall, this unit measures 9039/50 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 231/4 inches high.
