Delfield N8030 31" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (2) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

For installation, the Delfield N8030 drop-in cold pan requires a 29³/₄-inch by 25-inch cutout. It measures 30³/₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 10³/₄ inches high, overall, and accommodates two 12-inch by 20-inch pans. This unit is equipped with a press-fit top gasket to prevent leakage, and its 1-inch plastic drain helps remove water.

The Delfield N8030 drop-in cold well top and interior are made of stainless steela'¬a€a sturdy metal that resists corrosion and streamlines cleaning. It's designed to be cooled with ice, and its removable, perforated false bottom enables water and condensation to drain through it. To extend products' holding times by preserving proper temperatures, it's insulated with polyurethane foam.
