Delfield N8043 44" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (3) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled
To preserve ice and keep it from melting, the Delfield N8043 drop-in cold pan is insulated with polyurethane foam. It features a galvanized steel exterior for durability, and its top and interior are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and streamline cleaning. This unit is furnished with a 1-inch plastic drain to facilitate water removal.
The Delfield N8043 drop-in cold well measures 431/2 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 103/4 inches high and requires a 421/2-inch by 25-inch counter cutout for installation. To hold ice and enable condensation to drain through, it's equipped with a removable, perforated false bottom. This unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch pans.
