Delfield N8056 56 1/4" Drop In Refrigerator W/ (4) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

Great for displaying food on a buffet line while chilling it, the Delfield N8056 drop-in refrigerator accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. It's equipped with a false bottom that's perforated to facilitate draining; a 1-inch drain helps empty excess liquids to streamline cleaning. This unit measures 56¹/₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 10³/₄ inches high and is set into a 55¹/₄-inch by 25-inch cutout.

The Delfield N8056 ice-cooled refrigerator is insulated by high-density polyurethane foam to reduce energy loss and slow ice melting. To resist rust and corrosion, the top and interior are made of stainless steel; the exterior is galvanized steel to provide enough strength for use in high-volume applications. This unit is equipped with adapter bars to isolate food pans in the well.
