Delfield N8068N 68" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (3) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

Designed to hold food and beverages at a hotel or catering hall, the Delfield N8068N drop-in cold well accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Pans are cooled by surrounding them with ice, which melts slowly because the well is insulated with high-density polyurethane. Melted ice and other liquid that leaks through the removable, perforated false bottom is emptied via the 1-inch drain. This unit installs into a countertop cutout measuring 66¹/₂ inches wide by 17 inches deep.

The Delfield N8068N ice-cooled cold pan includes a fit-top gasket that secures pans inside, and adapter bars separate the pans to create multiple sections. Durable enough for high-volume use, the exterior is made of galvanized steel, and the interior and top are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This unit measures 67¹/₂ inches wide by 18 inches deep by 10³/₄ inches high, overall.
