Delfield N8081 82" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (6) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

To fit in an 80³/₄-inch by 25-inch cutout, the Delfield N8081 ice-cooled cold pan measures 81³/₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 10³/₄ inches high. Its adapter bars enable operators to place six 12-inch by 20-inch pans within it; a perforated false bottom elevates the pans while draining liquid runoff. For quick cleaning, the well is built with a 1-inch drain to remove water. This unit is great for displaying food on a buffet line.

The Delfield N8081 drop-in cold well is ice cooled to keep product chilled until it's served. Its exterior is constructed of strong galvanized steel, while the interior and top are made of stainless steela'¬a€a durable metal that doesn't rust, corrode, warp, or dent over time. Insulated with high-density polyurethane foam, this well retains chill effectively, ensuring ice melts slowly.
