Delfield N8143BP 44" Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (3) Pan Capacity - Cold Wall Cooled, 115v

The Delfield N8143BP drop-in refrigerator features three wells that hold full-size food pans that sit on a recessed rest, enabling the top edge to protect them from ambient air. For further protection, polyurethane insulation keeps heat out of the sides. In the walls, refrigerant lines provide cooling from the outside in so all contents stay at the correct temperature. The temperature range is between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the operator can adjust this level if needed.

This Delfield N8143BP drop-in cold food well is made to be durable, with a galvanized steel exteriora'¬a€hidden by the countera'¬a€and exposed interiors and top made of heavy-duty stainless steel. This material provides rust resistance and a surface that can be wiped clean. To further enhance cleaning, the top is made of a single sheet of metal and the interior has a one-inch drain.
