Delfield N8156BP 56" Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (4) Pan Capacity - Cold Wall Cooled, 115v

The Delfield N8156BP drop-in refrigerator has a large, four-pan capacity designed for buffet lines. Its walls contain R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant lines, providing cold temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Polyurethane insulation bars heat while the recessed rest keeps pans below the top, away from warm ambient air. If the temperature in the pans is hotter or colder than necessary, operators can reach into the machine component and twist the temperature knob to the right level.

This Delfield N8156BP drop-in cold food well features a galvanized steel housing and a one-piece, stainless steel top. This top facilitates cleaning in case of spills and, to prevent corrosion, the well interiors are lined in rust-resistant stainless steel. Their bottoms are creased to move water out the drain swiftly at closing time.
