The Delfield N8168NBP cold food unit uses a stainless steel louver for installation in a 17-inch by 661/2-inch countertop cutout. It accommodates three 4-inch-deep or 6-inch-deep food pans, and overall, it measures 671/2 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 2113/16 inches high. Refrigeration lines built into the interior use R290 refrigerant. The refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation; electronic controls let the unit be adjusted from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pans placed in the Delfield N8168NBP drop-in refrigerator are separated using adapter bars. To remove moisture and water easily, the well is built with a 1-inch drain. It's insulated with high-density polyurethane that ensures product remains cool until it's serveda'¬a€great for holding food in a buffet line or at a hotel.
