The Delfield N8181BP drop-in refrigerator can hold six full-size pans, while included adapter bars keep these pans separate to prevent cross contamination. An environmentally friendly unit, it cools with natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and its refrigeration system is self-contained to facilitate installation. For dependable holding over extended periods of time, the well is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.

To remove water from the well, the Delfield N8181BP drop-in refrigerator comes with a 1-inch diameter drain, and the interior liner and top are made of stainless steela'¬a€a material that can be wiped clean after use. Stainless steel also ensures the unit is durable and will resist corrosion when it gets wet. For additional resilience, the outer liner is made of galvanized steel.
