For food bars, buffet lines, and banquet foodservice, the Hatco CWBR-4 drop-in refrigerated well accommodates four full-size food pans of prechilled appetizers, entrees, sides, or toppings. To ensure products are held at optimal temperatures, its cold-wall construction uses R-513A refrigerant, keeping foods cold without drying them out. Staff can adjust temperatures with the control panel, and the unit's angled interior wall uniformly guides cold air over food to minimize warm spots and maintain product freshness. To reduce the risk of temperature fluctuations in warm settings, its sides and bottom are built with environmentally friendly insulation, while its automatic defrost mechanism eliminates icy buildup that could affect product quality and food presentation.

The Hatco CWBR-4 cold well can be dropped in a cutout as large as 57 inches wide by 26 inches deep for an integrated look alongside existing food bar setups. Because its condensing unit and control panel are shipped loose, they can be installed in convenient areas to streamline operation. While the control panel is equipped with 9-foot-long probe wires, the condensing unit can be mounted as far as 50 feet from the cold well. To complement other Hatco serving equipment, this 58-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 12-inch-tall unit is made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminized steel and includes a stainless steel bezel. Its integrated 1-inch NPT brass drain simplifies residue removal between uses.
