Compatible with food bars and buffets, the Hatco CWBR-6 refrigerated food well measures 84 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 12 inches tall and accommodates six full-size food pans. Prechilled appetizers, entrees, sides, or desserts can be displayed in these pans, while the included support bars secure them in place to reduce the risk of spills. This aluminized steel unit matches other Hatco wells for uniformity, and to establish a seamless countertop appearance, it can be dropped into a cutout as large as 83 inches wide by 26 inches deep. Because its condensing unit and control panel ship loose, staff can install these components remotely for convenience. Between uses, staff can drain residual contents with the 1-inch NPT brass drain.

As menus change, staff can set the Hatco CWBR-6 drop-in food well's temperature with the corresponding control panel. While this unit's cold-wall construction operates with R-513A refrigerant that keeps contents cool without drying them out, the insulated base and sides retain temperatures to minimize energy consumption in warm ambient settings. The angled interior wall lets cool air blanket the pans, eliminating warm spots that could affect product quality. To reduce manual tasks, the control panel features an automatic defrost mechanism that eradicates frost buildup.
