Hatco IWB-5 71" Drop-In Unit w/ (5) Pan Capacity - Stainless

Five full-size prechilled pans of fruit, vegetables, salad, sides, or beverages can be displayed on the Hatco IWB-5 ice well, which measures 71 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 12 inches tall. This unit is chilled with ice, and its insulated sides and base retain temperatures and slow ice melting in warm ambient environments. For uniform cooling, it's built with an angled interior wall that guides cold air across the merchandised pans. Once ice melts, it can be expelled from the integrated 1-inch brass drain.

To match existing equipment and other Hatco food wells, the Hatco IWB-5 drop-in cold well features an aluminized steel housing and a stainless steel interior and bezel. Both metals resist corrosion, simplify cleaning, and provide enough resilience to withstand high-volume use. For a streamlined, built-in appearance on buffet lines and food bars, this unit can be dropped in cutouts as small as 69¹³/₁₀₀ inches wide by 25¹⁹/₁₀₀ inches deep or as large as 70 inches wide by 26 inches deep.
