Its 84-inch-long by 27-inch-deep by 12-inch-high stainless steel body can hold 6 full-size food pans, and to hold containers upright, this unit is designed with beveled walls. It features a 1-inch-diameter brass drain with a screen to catch debris for simplified cleaning.
