The Hatco IWB-S2 cold well features a drop-in, countertop configuration and durable stainless steel construction. Its slim profile measures 48¹/₈ inches wide by 18⁴⁷/₅₀ inches deep by 12 inches high and should be installed into a minimum cutout of 46¹/₄ inches wide by 17³/₅₀ inches deep or a maximum cutout of 47⁹/₁₀₀ inches wide by 17⁴⁷/₅₀ inches deep.

Designed with an ice-based cooling system, the Hatco IWB-S2 cold well eliminates the need for electrical hookups. Its insulated walls and bottom preserve serving temperatures and minimize the frequency with which ice needs to be replaced, reducing operating costs. For simplified cleaning after service, it features a 1-inch-diameter drain with a screen to catch particulates. To serve low volumes of meat, cheese, salad, and produce, this unit has a 2-pan capacity with beveled walls.
