Wells ICP-100 18" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (1) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled
To simplify operation and enable flexibility in installation, the Wells ICP-100 ice pan is cooled with ice. Ice can be dumped into its 117/8-inch-wide by 197/8-inch-deep interior, while a perforated bottom strainer plate positions ice above the 1-inch center drain for cleanup as ice melts. To slow ice melting, CFC-free, foamed-in-place insulation retains cold temperatures in warm ambient settings.
The Wells ICP-100 non-refrigerated ice pan's recessed ledge can support one 12-inch by 20-inch food pan. While its top flange and coved-corner interior are made of 18-gauge stainless steel, the exterior is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel—both metals resist corrosion for long-term resilience. For a streamlined, cohesive appearance on food lines, this 173/8-inch-wide by 253/8-inch-deep by 93/4-inch-tall unit can be dropped in a 157/8-inch-wide by 237/8-inch-deep cutout.
