Wells ICP-200 31" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (2) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

For a cohesive appearance in food bars, the Wells ICP-200 ice pan can be dropped in a 29¹/₂-inch-wide by 23⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout. To accommodate two full-size food pans, this unit measures 31 inches wide by 25³/₈ inches deep by 9³/₄ inches high. Its recessed ledge lowers inset pans to keep contents cool and fresh on serving lines, and because it's made of rugged, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it's durable enough to withstand high-volume front- or back-of-house use.

Because it's cooled with ice, the Wells ICP-200 ice pan is simpler to install and operate than refrigerated cold wells. Its perforated bottom strainer plate positions ice above the drain to ease cleaning, and as ice melts, it's expelled through the 1-inch center drain. To slow ice melting in warm settings, the unit features foamed-in-place CFC-free insulation.
