Wells ICP-400 59" Drop-In Cold Well W/ (4) Pan Capacity, Ice Cooled

For holding prechilled foods at safe serving temperatures on buffet lines and salad bars, the Wells ICP-400 drop-in pan is ice cooled. Its 53-inch-wide by 19⁷/₈-inch-deep interior sports a recessed ledge, lowering inset pans to preserve chill and product freshness. The perforated bottom strainer plate drains melted ice, directing it toward the 1-inch center drain to prevent water from pooling beneath the displayed pans. To maintain cool temperatures even in warm settings, it's foamed in place with CFC-free insulation.

The Wells ICP-400 ice pan accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch food pans or the fractional equivalent to provide variety on self-service lines. For a recessed, streamlined appearance complementing other serving equipment, this 58¹/₂-inch-wide by 25³/₈-inch-deep by 9³/₄-inch-tall unit can be dropped in a 57-inch-wide by 23⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout. While its top flange and coved-corner interior are made of 18-gauge stainless steel, its exterior is made of heavy-gauge steel; both are corrosion-resistant metals that are resilient enough to endure long-term front- or back-of-house use.
