Wells RCP-100 18" Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (1) Pan Capacity, Cold Wall Cooled, 120v

To hold prechilled food at safe serving temperatures on self-service food lines, the Wells RCP-100 drop-in cold pan features a self-contained refrigeration system with wrapped coils on the sides and base. This system is chilled by R-134A refrigerant, and staff can set unit temperatures with the corresponding thermostat. Because it's foamed in place with CFC-free insulation, temperature fluctuations are minimal and energy is conserved in warm ambient environments. To ease maintenance, it features a sight glass, easy-service valves, a dryer/filter, a receiver, and a removable condensing unit.

To accommodate one 12-inch by 20-inch food pan and the fractional-sized pan equivalent, the Wells RCP-100 refrigerated cold pan measures 17³/₈ inches wide by 25³/₈ inches deep by 24¹/₂ inches high overall. Its 11⁷/₈-inch-wide by 19⁷/₈-inch-tall interior is built with a recessed ledge supporting the inset pan in a low position to preserve product freshness. For enhanced strength and durability, its top and liner are made of rugged, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This unit can be dropped in a 15⁷/₈-inch-wide by 23⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout and includes an 8-foot-long cord with a plug to simplify installation.
