Wells RCP-400 59 " Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (4) Pan Capacity, Cold Wall Cooled, 120v

To display various chilled appetizers, entrees, sides, or desserts on food lines, the Wells RCP-400 refrigerated cold pan's 53-inch-wide by 19⁷/₈-inch-deep interior accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. An integrated recessed ledge supports pans and lowers inset pans to preserve freshness by shielding food from warm ambient air. Made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this 58¹/₂-inch-wide by 25³/₈-inch-deep by 24¹/₂-inch-tall unit is capable of surviving high-volume front- or back-of-house use. For an integrated appearance on buffet tables, it can be dropped in a 57-inch-wide by 23⁷/₈-inch-deep cutout.

The Wells RCP-400 cold pan's self-contained refrigeration system features wrapped coils along its base and sides to chill contents evenly, and to maintain generated temperatures, it's foamed in place with CFC-free insulation. To adapt to various holding requirements, staff can set temperatures for each pan with the corresponding thermostatic controls. This refrigeration system includes a sight glass, service valves, a filter/dryer, a receiver, and a removable condensing unit to simplify maintenance as needed. Between uses, residue can be expelled through the 1-inch drain.
