This oven features a capacity to hold six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch hotel pans or (10) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2-inch hotel pans. The Cool Touch Door, equipped with a dual-pane tempered glass window, enhances safety and energy efficiency. Its bright halogen lights improve visibility, and a detachable hand shower simplifies cleaning.

Equipped with touch screen controls, the Blodgett BLCT-10E combi oven provides access to multiple cooking modes, including hot air, steaming, proofing, and SmartChef automatic cooking, which optimizes settings for precision and consistency. The boilerless injection steam system enhances efficiency, while advanced features such as automatic humidity pulsing, programmable venting, and timed or instant steam injection deliver consistent results.
