The Blodgett BLCT-6-10E half-size combi oven is a double-oven configuration that maximizes capacity and versatility in commercial kitchens. This unit combines the BLCT-6E oven on top of the BLCT-10E, creating two independently controlled cooking chambers. The top oven accommodates four 12-inch by 20-inch full-size hotel pans, while the bottom oven holds six 12-inch by 20-inch full-size hotel pans. Built with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, this combi oven ensures reliability and easy maintenance. Each oven features dual-pane tempered glass doors with hinged inner glass for safety and visibility, bright halogen interior lights for optimal monitoring, and adjustable feet for stability.
