The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H half-size combination oven with Hoodini filterless hood is built for high-performance cooking in compact commercial kitchens. Its rugged construction features 430 stainless steel sides, top, and back, with a 304 stainless steel bottom, door, and interior to withstand demanding environments. The Hoodini catalytic condensing system allows for filterless operation, eliminating the need for external ventilation and simplifying installation. This oven accommodates five full-size hotel pans (not included) and includes five wire shelves for flexibility in high-volume cooking. A dual-pane, heat-reflective tempered glass door and bright halogen interior lights improve visibility while conserving energy during operation.
