Blodgett BLCT-6E Mini Countertop Combi Oven, Boilerless, 208v/3ph

Operated with touchscreen controls, the Blodgett BLCT-6E mini countertop combi oven stores 500 recipes with 15 steps each. It features multiple cooking modes, enabling it to steam, preheat, retherm, and more. The door is made of glass to provide an interior view, and the cabinet is lit with halogen lights to brighten food for monitoring. This unit has five shelves to accommodate four 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch or five 12-inch by 20-inch by 2-inch hotel pans. Because the shelves are made of wire, air flows freely through them to provide uniform heating.

The Blodgett BLCT-6E combi oven is made of stainless steel, providing durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. When it's used for steaming, it has a 1²⁹/₅₀-inch drain in the bottom to facilitate water removal. A drip tray under the unit captures crumbs and oil, keeping the countertop free of messes. To clean the oven, it operates with CombiWash, which doesn't use harsh cleaning chemicals. Ensuring food is cooked thoroughly to prevent illness, the oven is equipped with an external temperature probe.
