With a stainless steel interior and exterior, the Blodgett INVOQ 102BE full-size combi oven is resistant to dents, corrosion, and rust to help ensure lasting use. The oven cavity features two side racks with non-tilt support rails to hold (10) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (20) 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans. The ventilated, left-hinged, triple-pane glass door works with interior LED lighting to provide a clear view of the cooking process. This unit is equipped with an external temperature probe, a USB port, and can be stacked atop another unit to save floor space.
To provide stability on uneven floors, the Blodgett INVOQ 102BE full-size combi oven sits atop four 5-inch legs with adjustable feet. To program precise cooking modes and recipes, this unit is equipped with intuitive cloud connectivity touchscreen controls with a 7-inch color touchscreen. The controls have 27 language presets and can store up to 1,500 recipes with up to 15 steps per recipe. This oven has a CareCycle cleaning system to disinfect the oven cavity to ensure optimal performance. Overall, this unit measures 422/5 inches wide by 401/2 inches deep by 423/5 inches high.
