This oven accommodates seven 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans or five 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans with its five wire shelves, and the interior is illuminated with LED lighting for clear visibility. Overall, this unit measures 36⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 41⁷/₁₀ inches deep by 33¹/₂ inches high.

The Blodgett INVOQ 61BLE-PT single combi oven supports convection temperatures from 85 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit; these temperature levels are managed using the touchscreen controls. Using Wi-Fi or USB connection, operators can program up to 1,500 recipes for streamlined operation, and for increased efficiency, this unit offers various cooking modes and 10 timers.
