The Blodgett INVOQ 62BE single full-size combi ovena€™s stainless steel construction and triple-pane glass door provide durability and ensure temperature retention. Along with the glass door, the unita€™s LED lighting enables a clear interior view. For high-volume storage, this unit is equipped with five wire shelves and two side racks featuring non-tilt supports to accommodate seven 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans. This oven is positioned on four adjustable legs for stability and measures 42²/₅ inches wide by 40¹/₂ inches deep by 35¹/₂ inches high.

The Blodgett INVOQ 62BE single combi oven creates ideal results with its intelligent operations, such as the SmartChef, MenuPlanner, CombiSpeed, CombiSense, or Delta-T modes. The controllera€™s timers can track the cooking process, and the unit supports temperature adjustments between 85 and 572 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can program 1,500 recipes through a Wi-Fi or USB connection. The oven cavity is maintained with the CareCycle cleaning system and built-in hand shower.
