The Curtis TP15S10A1500 Thermopro® medium-volume thermal coffee maker is designed for automatic operation, so it requires a water hookup for the tank reservoir. Hooking the unit up to a water line eliminates the need for manual refilling and water level monitoring. In an hour, it makes 12 gallons of coffee, and users can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-batch brewing options. Product is brewed directly into a thermal servera'¬a€a large vessel that maintains the temperature of the brewed coffee longer than standard carafes or decanters. A shelf sits behind the server and can be folded down to support smaller vessels if necessary. An intuitive control system is used to operate with a large LCD display.
