The Cadco XAF-113 half-size countertop convection oven can hold as many as three half-size sheet pans and includes three interior shelves to provide supports for product as it cooks. Withstanding heavy use, this oven's body is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, which resists rust and dents. It provides options for continuous or timed use, which can be set as high as 60 minutes. Featuring manual control knobs, this oven enables adjustment of time, temperature, and humidity levels.

The Cadco XAF-113 countertop convection oven is designed with a glass door to provide an unobstructed view of cooking product. Because this door is double wall insulated, it remains cool to the touch while baking, and it can be removed for simplified cleaning after use. To withstand rigorous use, the motor bearings are temperature resistant, and the oven cavity is insulated for improved efficiency. With its auxiliary water pump kit, this unit is compatible with steam pans.
