The Duke 613Q-G1V single full-size convection oven has an on/off switch with a cool-down mode. Users set the temperature on the snap-action thermostat, which ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A 60-minute timer keeps up with the cook time, enabling staff members to complete other tasks without losing track of the time. When time runs out, a buzzer rings until a user shuts it off.

Inside the Duke 613Q-G1V full-size convection oven, 6 racks hold sheet pans on a 13-position rack guide; most ovens only come with 5 racks and an 11-position guide. Because the interior has a porcelain finish, it is slick, preventing food and bacteria from sticking. With a quick-cleaning coved design, the corners in the cavity do not trap debris. Lights in the oven shine so operators can monitor the baking process through the double-pane glass windows, and insulation on each side of this unit retains heat, maintaining the set temperature and conserving energy.
