Its manual controls are simple to use and operate thermostatically for precise temperatures. To provide a convection cooking air circulation pattern, this oven is designed with a rear fan and heater. Because of its size, this unit can hold as many as three quarter-size sheet pans, and it comes with two wire racks and one aluminum bake tray to enable flexible cooking options.

Equipped with a handle for safe opening and closing, the Equipex FC-280/1 quarter-size countertop oven's door is made of glass to provide users with a clear view of food as it bakes. This unit's compact countertop design enables it to be installed in areas where a full-size oven can't fit. It includes a 120-minute timer to help users track cooking times, and it can be set to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
