The Equipex SEF-80Q electric salamander broiler operates with full or partial power using electric quartz heating elements. For ideal height, this free-standing unit comes equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs, while the bottom tray and wire racks are removable for cleaning. This unit cannot be installed over high heat or open flame without an insulated shelf.

Cooking with infrared heat, the Equipex SEF-80Q electric salamander broiler melts, browns, roasts, and glazes foods, making it ideal for soups, meats, and desserts. The intermediate wire shelf is adjustable to change the distance between the top heat and the food, accommodating various food types. For durability and cleaning, this broiler is made of stainless steel.
