The Wolf WC44GD double-deck convection oven cabinet is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, providing two full-size ovens with a combined 100,000 BTU/hr. output. Each oven is equipped with a set of chain-driven glass doors featuring double-pane windows for enhanced visibility and insulation. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and top, the unit is durable and easy to clean. The eight-inch stainless steel legs ensure stability, while the porcelain enamel-on-steel oven interiors simplify maintenance.

Each oven section includes five nickel-plated grab-and-go oven racks, offering eleven rack positions per section for versatile baking and roasting options. The solid-state dial controls and two-speed oven blower motor allow precise temperature control and airflow adjustment. Additional features include an oven cool switch for rapid cooldown, two interior oven lights per section, and an electronic spark igniter for reliable operation. With natural gas power and a 3/4-inch rear gas connection, the unit is designed for efficiency and safety, featuring a combination gas pressure regulator and safety solenoid system.
