The Beverage Air CF031AG mini blast chiller is small enough to fit on a countertop. It can chill 17.6 pounds of food and freeze 11 pounds. It has wire racks that hold three shelves. This flash freezer chills products in a 90-minute cycle and freezes them in a 240-minute cycle. To ensure that foods are reaching safe temperatures, the unit includes a core probe. This chiller is capable of bringing down food temperature directly from the oven.
