The Beverage Air UCFD48AHC-2 undercounter freezer holds items at temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Simple electronic controls make it easy to adjust the temperature. The rear-mount refrigeration system allows the freezer to run safely against walls or equipment since it does not hinder air flow. The exterior is made of damage-resistant stainless steel with galvanized steel back and bottom. Its aluminum interior resists corrosion.

The Beverage Air UCFD48AHC-2 undercounter freezer has two pull-out drawers and a door section for cold storage. The drawers have stainless steel frames with locking slides that prevent them from being accidentally pulled out of place. 6-inch-deep pans can be stored in the drawers to hold toppings. Its door compartment has two sturdy shelves made with epoxy-coated steel wire to resist corrosion. The door itself features a self-closing design and stays open past 120 degrees to make it easy to load and unload. Both the drawers and door have magnetic gaskets to ensure that they are securely closed. The handles are painted aluminum to withstand heavy use.
