Four drawers roll on telescoping slides and locks at the end of the slides ensure the drawers stay in the cabinet when pulled. The single door self-closes to reduce energy loss if an employee forgets and can be propped open while the cabinet is loaded to prevent injury associated with slamming.

The Beverage Air UCRD72AHC-4 undercounter refrigerator has a rear-mounted condenser that can be accessed for service by rolling the unit on its 6-inch casters. Its self-contained refrigeration system implements R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool the cabinet within the range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, adjustable on electronic controls. For durability, the exterior and sub-top are made of stainless steel and the interior is aluminum lined to resist corrosion.
