The Beverage Air UCRD93AHC-6 undercounter refrigerator has six sections, which makes it a good storage solution for a lot of product. Because this unit fits right under an existing countertop, it can be conveniently worked into a prep or cook line. Its cabinet base is made up of drawers, with two in each section. These drawers have magnetic gaskets to seal in cold air and have a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. For durability, the exterior is mostly made of stainless steel, including the sub-top that's insulated to separate the cabinet from the counter.

Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this Beverage Air UCRD93AHC-6 three-section undercounter refrigerator keeps temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is adjustable using the electronic controls. Its refrigeration system is mounted on the side and is self-contained, so no additional remote parts are required for operation. The defrost system operates automatically and doesn't use electricity to remove built-up ice.
