Positioned on 3-inch casters, the Beverage Air WTFCS72HC-76 chef base freezer can be maneuvered through the kitchen or pulled out when employees need to clean underneath it. Two of the casters have brakes to hold the unit still, and with a combined interior space of 14.51 cubic feet, the two sections of this freezer are accessed by four drawers. The drawers hold 275 pounds each and accommodate two full-size food pans.

The Beverage Air WTFCS72HC-76 chef base freezer has a strong stainless steel top that is fire proof to hold pieces of equipment, providing a place for employees to work and prepare food before serving it. To keep the temperature in the range of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, the self-contained refrigeration system cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The number is monitored on a digital display and adjustable with electronic controls.
