Its stainless steel worktop is 2¹/₂ inches thick, providing a sturdy surface for food prep and assembly without bending or bowing. Each drawer is mounted on a stainless steel frame and holds food pans as deep as 6 inches. To prevent the drawers from falling out of the unit's front onto a worker's foot, the telescoping drawer slides have a built-in locking mechanism.
