Its cabinet is accessed behind two drawers and one door, each with snap-in gaskets that retain chill and prevent unwanted temperature changes. Using electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Beverage Air WTRD60AHC-2 commercial worktop refrigerator has two shelves to hold product, both coated in epoxy to protect them from corrosion. A 4-inch backsplash on the unit enables employees to work on top of it without slinging messes on the wall or surrounding equipment. For durability, the exterior is made of stainless steel and the interior is aluminum.
