The Continental D2RFENPT refrigerator/freezer relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and polyurethane insulation to maintain set temperatures. Operators can use the electronic controls and digital readout to program desired temperatures. The refrigerator section maintains a temperature holding range between 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer sections can maintain temperatures between -4 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. A high/low temperature alarm will sound if the cabinet experiences sudden temperature deviations.

The pass-thru design of the Continental D2RFENPT Designer Line refrigerator/freezer makes it ideal for center placement in a kitchen space to enable interior access to both kitchen and wait staff during busy shifts. The interior is equipped with LED lights to provide a clear view of its contents for efficient item retrieval. Designed to resist corrosion and rust, the front of the unit is made of stainless steel, and both the interior and end panels are made of aluminum. This unit has two solid steel doors on each side that are equipped with cylinder locks to provide security.
