Designed with two sections, the Continental D2RFESNSS combo refrigerator/freezer grants ample storage space with its six shelves that are adjustable on heavy-duty pilaster strips; the shelves' epoxy coating provides corrosion resistance, while its wire configuration promotes airflow. The interior and exterior are both made of stainless steel to streamline cleaning and durability. The unit sits on 6-inch adjustable legs, while the front of the cabinet is fitted with two solid doors with self-closing hinges and cylinder locks. To ensure a tight seal, both doors are built with magnetic gaskets.

The Continental D2RFESNSS refrigerator/freezer's self-contained refrigeration system is top mounted to avoid the intake of dirt and features thermostatic controls for simple temperature adjustments. This unit uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 3-inch polyurethane foam insulation to maintain cold conditions. An alarm sounds if the holding temperature deviates from its setting. The unit's refrigerator section has an off-cycle defrost, and the freezer's electric defrost operates automatically to save energy.
